You can express your voice, your passion and purpose in your work AND still make a living.
Your job isn’t just a job; it is how you contribute in the world. Maybe you care too much. There is so much that could be different in your workplace. Mostly people don't seem to want to listen. Even if they did, how scary would it be to say the words?
So you say nothing. Pretending you don't care just leaves you feeling more and more disconnected to yourself. There is so much you long to give, to experience, to express. If only you knew how!
When work becomes more effort than joy, it can affect your
family, your health and the joy you have for life. You may
feel trapped by responsibility and expectations, working far more hours than
you want to.
How would you survive financially if you leave? What would you do? What would people think? Questions with no answers swirl round and round in your mind. It is confusing and exhausting.
It can be so lonely to feel this way. Wanting so much
more, unsure of what the something more is and terrified that you may never
find out.
Our world is incomplete until each one of us discovers what moves us - our passion. Not other person can hear our calling. We must listen and act on it for ourselves.
